		<description>Hmmm... that&#039;s a tough one.  It would depend on whether the seamstress was technically a manufacturer of a children&#039;s product.  I would tend to think not, but that would be kind of a slippery slope because then a person who strings beads doesn&#039;t manufacture jewelry, and a person who sews fabrics together isn&#039;t...  You can bet there&#039;s some NRDC flunky here taking notes for their next CPSIA-related lawsuit.  I hope we haven&#039;t given them any ideas...</description>
