Will the CPSIA stay of enforcement be extended again?
A draft notice for an extension of the CPSIA stay of enforcement is available for review and the ballots are due January 31, 2011. If the commissioners vote to extend the stay it would be until September 14, 2011.
It is important to note that not all items were included in the original stay and the same is true of this extension. Make sure to reread the documentation to verify that your items are included in the extension.
